Sarah Elliott (26) is a graduate of Parson's School of Design. Elliott, who is based in Kenya, is interested in photographing social issues in Africa. In 2010 Sarah was selected for the Joop Swart Masterclass , and was shortlisted for the Anthropographia Award in 2011.
Bénédicte Kurzen /VII Network (30) is based in Johannesburg. She holds a master’s degree with Excellence in Contemporary History from the Sorbonne, Paris. Her work has appeared in The New York Times, Time and Paris Match, among others. She was part of the Joop Swart Masterclass 2009.
Ying Ang (30) is based between Melbourne, Singapore and New York. Ang is a photographer of social anthropology and contemporary developments in long-term documentary projects and country surveys.
Agnes Dherbeys /VII Mentor (34) is based in Bangkok. Her work, which focuses on South East Asia, has been published internationally. She won Second Prize Spot News at World Press Photo 2007 and was a Joop Swart Masterclass participant.
